@: Albert.tiktak@hydromotionteam.nl Even before I started my education at the TU Delft, the Dream Teams have been inspiring me to pursue a career in engineering. After finishing my bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and the first year of my master’s in Aerospace Engineering, it is now my time to put my skills to use and inspire engineers all around the world. As the TU Delft Hydro Motion Team, we show what a group of dedicated students working together can achieve; to build a high performance, foiling boat driven by hydrogen in just one year. Within this project, I am responsible for the struts and the wings of the boat. These generate lift and carry the entire weight of the boat. It makes them the perfect components to apply my combined knowledge of mechanical and aerospace engineering. On top of the engineering challenges the project provides a great opportunity to meet and share knowledge with industry leaders, construction companies and experts in the field around the world. With great confidence in the team, I am looking forward to showing you our boat and compete in the Monaco Energy Challenge in July!
