For as long as I can remember, I have been intrigued by technology, design, and the human learning process. With this interest in mind, I started looking for a suitable next step after finishing my bachelor degree in Industrial Design Engineering. The thought of working in an interdisciplinary team towards a common sustainable, innovative, and challenging goal really spoke to me, so the D:Dreamhall was the place to be! Since I was a young boy I’ve enjoyed sailing, boat, and the culture surrounding it, so I was incredibly happy to start as the project manger of the TU Delft Solar Boat Team. As the project manager, it is my responsibility to guide the team process so we can effectively and efficiently work towards our goals.
Whilst being the project manager, I want to broaden my knowledge of engineers’, and generally students’ learning process. One year is a very limited timeframe to realise a project like our own, but I will do my best to facilitate and guide my team so that all team member can guide excel towards our common goal. Together we will do everything in our power to build the first ever offshore foiling hydrogen and show the results in Monaco.
