During my bachelor Aerospace Engineering, I came across the Solar Boat Team. I was immediately enthusiastic when I saw the boat could fly on hydrofoils, just like an airplane. Moreover, I’ve had a passion for boats since I was a kid. By building a flying boat this year, I can perfectly combine my enthusiasm for airplanes with my interest in boats.

As Chief Vehicle Dynamics, I’m responsible for the stability, manoeuvrability and speed of our solar boat. It is amazing to put everything I learned during my studies into practice and to look for innovations. It is a big challenge for me and the team to make the Solar Boat of 2020. I hope to develop myself as engineer and chief, while gaining valuable social skills. But most of all, I want to have an unforgettable year with my team!
