What makes the TU Delft Dreamteams unique is that you get the chance to focus all of your attention on a single project. From design requirements to detailed design and from production to a functioning final product. You put the dot as far as you can dream, then you try to get as far as possible with a hugely diverse team. During this year you will learn how to deal with setbacks and solve them together as a team. At the same time, you notice that the motivation of the team is through the roof. I joined the TU Delft Solar Boat Team to work with a super motivated team towards the dot on the horizon. To experience what it is like to have such a large project streamlined. I am particularly intrigued by the broad development of team dynamics, interaction and cooperation at such a high level. I also want to discover and develop my marketing side to discover my desired career.
