Being part of a dream team has always been really appealing to me, and I am thrilled to be part of such a highly motivated and dedicated group of students. Then to be able to work on a boat that flies and is powered by hydrogen is even more exciting. During my Mechanical Engineering study, I gained a lot of theoretical knowledge about mechanics, and I think this year will give a good opportunity to apply this knowledge in a way that goes beyond the projects that you normally find in the study.

This year I will be working on the mechanical parts of the height control system. This system keeps the boat stable at the right height above the water while flying, ensuring that the boat can sail efficiently. In addition, I will be working on the propulsion system and its integration into other parts. This requires a lot of cooperation within and outside the team, and I am looking forward to taking on this challenge together and doing our absolute best at the Open Sea Class in Monaco this year!
